Recognition of City staff’s efforts for the creation and construction of the city owned and maintained public parking lot located in the 100 block of Orange street between 5th St. and Orange Street. This work resulted in the creation of 10 new parking stalls and a cleaner more functional landscaping design (Quality of Life Department Director Boatman)
4. Recognition of Lisa Srader and Liz Marin for their outstanding efforts in coordinating the 2017 Health & Wellness Fair for City Employees (Mayor Foster and Human Resources/Risk Management Director Martin)

13. Approve agreement with CycloMedia in the amount of $41,250 for street imagery and mobile LiDAR surveying (Management Services/Finance Director Garcia)
14. Approve a license agreement with Southern California Edison for construction of a bike trail connection between Citrus Valley High School and Orange Street, authorization of Mayor or other Council Member to execute agreement documents, and determination that the license agreement is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA guidelines (Interim Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Pool)
